At Sweets for the Soul, every custom order is a collaboration. My goal is to bring your dessert vision to life while making the ordering process simple and enjoyable!
Where are you located?
Sweets for the Soul is proudly based in Bowling Green, Kentucky! We offer local pickup and delivery, and select treats are available for nationwide shipping.
Do you ship your desserts?
Yes, we ship most of our cookies nationwide so everyone can get a taste of the sweetness! Please note: certain items like pound cakes, pies, and banana pudding are available for local pickup or delivery only to keep them fresh and delicious.
Can I choose delivery even if I live close by?
Yes! As long as you live within a 25-mile radius, you can choose delivery at checkout. Anything over the 25-mile radius needs to be discussed and approved by me before placing your order.
How soon will my order arrive?
Local deliveries: made within 1–2 days of your order.
Shipped orders: follow standard shipping timelines of 3–5 business days after processing.
How do I know if I’m in the delivery area?
Enter your zip code at checkout. If you’re eligible, you’ll see local delivery as an option!
Are you a nut-free bakery?
We are not a nut-free bakery. Some of our desserts do contain nuts, and while we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, all treats are made in the same kitchen. If you have a nut allergy, please let us know when placing your order so we can properly sanitize and handle your desserts with extra care.
Are you a licensed bakery?
Yes! Sweets for the Soul operates under a Kentucky Cottage Food License. I’m also ServSafe certified and hold a culinary degree, so every treat is made with both passion and professionalism.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or sugar-free options?
At this time, we do not offer any desserts that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or sugar-free. If we ever develop options that meet those needs and still taste amazing, we’ll announce them on our social media pages — so stay tuned!
How long do your desserts stay fresh?
Cookies: stay fresh up to 5–7 days in an airtight container (or freeze up to 3 months).
Pound cakes: best enjoyed within 5 days; freeze for up to 2 months.
Pies: keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3–4 days.
Banana pudding: store in the fridge and enjoy within 2–3 days.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website or message us on social media for special requests. For custom or large orders, please order at least 5–7 days in advance so we can bake up your treats with love.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! From special flavors to event-sized desserts and custom packaging — we love bringing your sweet ideas to life. Just reach out and let’s chat about what you have in mind!
Do you offer bundle deals or dessert drops?
Yes we do! Check out our bundle deals for the best mix of cookies, cakes, and pies. Don’t forget to sign up for “What’s the Hype” — our exclusive dessert drop list where you get first dibs on new and limited treats.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, plus Cash App, Apple Pay, and PayPal (depending on the order type).
What’s your refund or return policy?
All of our sweets are made-to-order, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Bowling Green, KY. You’ll receive the pickup details once your order is confirmed.
